WHAT IS CO-WORKING?

Co-Working is a workplace that can be rented for any period: from 1 day to a week to a month or a year. It is fully equipped with all the requirements for work. People of different specializations & organisations can work in a co working space at the same time.

WHY DO YOU NEED CO-WORKING?

Co-working is an ideal place for those who don’t wish to invest in a full-fledged office. Co-working allows single entrepreneur or freelancers to get rid of the need to work at home, where there are often a lot of distractions, and spend a working day in a more comfortable and work-friendly environment. The diversity of professionals and individuals in co- working spaces can spark new creative ideas that might not be accessible to professionals in their conventional office settings.

DOES TRIGGERXCHANGE PROVIDE CUSTOMISED OFFICE SET UP?

Yes, TriggerXchange provides any type of customised office set up as per the requirement of the Member, either a large MNC or an individual entrepreneur. The customisable requirement include server space, complete IT setup, biometric systems, security cameras, landline connections, dedicated tea-coffee machine, dedicated printing solution, etc.

DO MEMBERS PAY EXTRA FOR UTILITIES AT TRIGGERXCHANGE?

The monthly membership cost at TriggerXchange includes electricity, air conditioning, tea-coffee, Internet, printing and host of other utilities as per the membership subscription, which can be further customised as per member’s needs and budget.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET SEPARATE INTERNET AND TELEPHONE CONNECTION?

TriggerXchange can customise separate internet and telephone connections for its Members. Members would be charged extra for the same. The requirement details in terms of connections, bandwidth, users, etc is to be provided to the front office for customisation.

WHAT IS THE LATE FEE POLICY FOR MEMBERS AT TRIGGERXCHANGE?

If a Member does not pay the Membership fees on the Due Date, the Member shall be charged a penalty amount of INR 500/- (Five Hundred Only) per day after the Due Date till the first day of the following month, after which, the Membership of the Member would be subject of revocation and Security Deposit would be forfeited.

Online Payment: You can also book space online and make payment through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net banking.

*Kindly contact us through phone call,Whatsapp or email to confirm the commercials before making online payment. We do not retain your credit card information after processing a payment unless you grant us permission to retain your credit card information for future purchases.

*If the Members has paid the Membership fees online the member is kindly requested to contact the TriggerXchange front office team through email ,whatsapp or call to confirm the payment and submit the transaction details

WHAT ARE THE TIMING OF THE CO-WORKING SPACE?

Triggerxchange opens Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm. Generally but, members who have taken 24/7 membership, they are allowed to access 24/7 , round the year.

CAN I LEAVE MY LAPTOP AT MY DESK?

Permanent members can leave their laptops, files etc. Members with a hot desk have to take their belongings with them when they leave Triggerxchange, or you can opt for personal locker for a minimal extra charge.

CAN I USE MOBILE PHONE?

Using a soft speaking voice in the co-working space will demonstrate to fellow co-working members that they are respectful of each other. For a long phone call you can use phone booths, or zones specified for making a phone call.

HOW MUCH DO I PAY TO RESERVE MY OFFICE SPACE?

We require a deposit equal to a monthly payment of the selected package for 6 months period, & 2 months deposit for a yearly membership, 3 months deposit for 18 months membership & 4 months deposit for 2 year membership.

CAN WE MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE?

Yes, you can make payment online through our payment gateway, *kindly confirm the commercials with the front desk over phone call , whatsapp or email before making any payment.

DO I GET REFERRAL BONUS FOR BRINGING IN THE NEW MEMBERS?

Yes, we have referral bonuses.

WHO NEEDS CO-WORKING SPACES?

The Target audience of co-working spaces can be divided   into 4 groups. 

i) Freelancers:- This is the main group of people who works together in co-working spaces. These include programmers, web developers, designers, translators and other professionals working remotely.

Working atmosphere helps freelancers to fully immerse themselves in the work process and be as productive as possible.

ii) Start-ups:- Some entrepreneurial activities do not need a permanent office. Therefore, there is no point in buying or renting it. It is more profitable to rent a working space for some time for some kind of work or meeting with clients or partners. Besides in the initial phase of business, it is always better to channelize one`s resources to strategic value-generating activities of business.

iii) Small Businesses:- This group includes small companies with a staff of no more than 6 people.  In times of high real estate prices, it is expensive for them to rent an office space.  Therefore, the co-working spaces are the best solutions. Payment for a month of co-working spaces will cost several times lesser than renting a full fledged office.

iv) MNC/Big Businesses:-This group includes big companies for a staff of more than atleast 15 people, it saves 15 to 20% in the captial expenses while working from co-working spaces for bigger corporations as per the survey.

HOW CAN I RESERVE A CONFERENCE HALL?

You can reserve a conference hall at the front desk 3 day in advance by email conference@triggerxchange.com or by prior phone call or whatsapp message on the numbers provided on CONTACT US PAGE.

HOW CAN I TERMINATE MY MEMBERSHIP?

You have to give us a written 30 days prior notice to your next invoice day.

WILL YOU HAVE EVENTS FOR MEMBERS?

We offer workshops, networking opportunities and member events.

IS PARKING FACILITY AVAILABLE?

Parking space is available outside the building.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY KIDS?

Yes, kids are allowed at Triggerxchange,on certain occasions with prior permission from the the Community Manager at the front desk

CAN I HAVE 24/7 ACCESSIBILITY AT TRIGGERXCHANGE?

Yes, You can have 24/7 accessibility option on the payment of certain premium over the selected plan.

CAN I SMOKE IN AND AROUND TRIGGERXCHANGE BUILDING?

Yes, you can smoke in specified smoking zones.

ARE PET ANIMALS ALLOWED IN TRIGGERXCHANGE?

No, pet animals are not allowed in TriggerXchange.

WHAT IS THE WI-FI POLICY FOR MEMBERS AND GUEST AT TRIGGERXCHANGE?

Members are provided high speed leased line wi-fi /LAN access through the secured LAN and shared "TriggerXchange" network which is available throughout the building premises. On Membership subscription for the TriggerXchange facility the Members are requested to visit the front office team to get the secured wi-fi activated. TriggerXchange has redundancy built in all its facilities to provide for uninterrupted internet access.

Guest and Non-members can utilize the Guest network at the TriggerXchange facility after obtaining the username and password from the respective location front office staff.

WHAT IS THE SECURITY POLICY AT TRIGGERXCHANGE?

All Members are required to follow the facility usage policy as mentioned in the Agreement signed by the Member. All Guests are required to check in at the security guard room when they arrive and sign out when they leave and use the biometric door access control.

WHAT IS THE POLICY FOR UNDERTAKING EVENTS AT TRIGGERXCHANGE?

Members and Non Members can hold Events at the designated common areas within the TriggerXchange facilities. Any Event has to be with prior approval from the Community Manager in writing and has to be informed Five working days in advance. Some guidelines to note are:

  • If the Event contains alcohol, the Member / Non Member must have taken the proper license and permission for serving alcohol from the concerned local authorities. Members / Non Members are requested to visit the front office for further information.
  • Members / Non Members must ensure that no one under the legal drinking age is permitted to drink alcohol within the premise.
  • Members / Non Members are not allowed to cook food or light fire within the premises.
  • Members / Non Members must fill up an application form available in the front office for conducting an event. All details on the event are to be provided in the application form.
  • The fees and security deposits associated with events vary by location. Members / Non Members are requested to visit the front office for further information.
